Participation, Data Processing and Game Rule

1. Accent Hotel Management Kft. (hereinafter: Organizer or Data Controller) is organizing the prize draw detailed in this Participation, Data Processing and Game Rules document (hereinafter collectively: the Game).

2. The technical background of the Game is provided by the online platforms of Accent Hotels (hereinafter: Operator or Data Processor).

3.Participation in the Game is open to natural persons who: are not subject to the restrictions listed in point 20, are not legally incapacitated, have a registered permanent residence in Hungary, are at least 18 years of age, and hold Hungarian citizenship (hereinafter: Participant).

4.To participate in the Game, the Participant must also accept the Privacy Policy and these Game Rules. Each Participant may enter the Game using only one email address.

5. Duration of the Game: July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025

6. How to Participate: The Organizer will draw the prize described in this document among those Participants who complete the questionnaire published by the Organizer during the above period. The winner of the prize draw will be selected on September 4, 2025, at the headquarters of Accent Hotels.

7. Prize: A gift voucher for 2 persons / 2 nights at an Accent Hotels location, including basic services. The voucher cannot be used during peak periods.

8. The draw will be conducted using a randomized electronic method and is not public.
Each Participant may enter the draw with only one email address.

9. The Organizer may request additional personal information from the winner for prize delivery. The prize will be sent to the winner by the Organizer in September 2025.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of personal data provided by Participants, regardless of whether they win.
Participants may be requested to provide further details as needed.

11. If the winner cannot be reached at the provided email address, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to contact them for 14 calendar days from the first contact attempt.
If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, an alternate winner will be selected. Alternate winners become eligible in the order they were drawn if the previous winner is disqualified or does not meet the conditions set forth in this document.

12. The winner must claim the prize within 90 days after receiving the notification of winning.

13. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value in unforeseen circumstances. No complaints shall be accepted in this regard.

14. If the winner is partially incapacitated, the prize may only be claimed with their legal representative.

15. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Personal income tax (if applicable) will be covered by the Organizer.
All other costs are borne by the Participant.

16. The name(s) of the winner and alternate winners will be shared via email.

17. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant prior to the prize being awarded if they have provided false or incorrect data or otherwise fail to meet the eligibility requirements (marked with an *).
The Organizer assumes no liability for any damages resulting from incorrect data provision.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

18. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude any Participant who attempts to participate unfairly or by circumventing the rules.

19.If abuse or unsportsmanlike conduct is suspected, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion.

20. Employees and subcontractors of the Organizer or the Operator, as well as their close relatives as defined by Section 8:1 (1) of the Hungarian Civil Code, are not eligible to participate.

21. The Organizer and other involved parties do not accept liability for registration errors (e.g., name/email typos), delivery delays, or damages incurred during the delivery process.

22. The Organizer is not responsible for delays or failed entries due to system overloads, internet issues, or other technical errors beyond its control.

23. By participating in the Game, the Participant:

• By participating in the Game, the Participant gives their explicit and unconditional consent for the Organizer and Data Processor to process their name, address, and email address for the purpose of announcing the winner and delivering or handing over the prize. This data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as other applicable laws. The legal basis for data processing is the Participant’s voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
• The Participant unconditionally agrees that their data may be used by the Data Controller during the administration of the Game and for fulfilling any applicable tax registration obligations, and that this data may be shared with the Data Processor assigned by the Organizer.
• The Participant gives their explicit consent and authorizes the Data Controller to use their name, address, phone number, and email address jointly with the Data Processor for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and delivering the prize.
• The Participant acknowledges that the Data Controller shall not process or use the personal data of Participants for any purposes other than those specified in this section (24).

24. The Organizer reserves the right to modify this Participation and Data Processing Policy.

25. By participating in the Game, the Participant acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions detailed in this document.
